Our gentle exercise classes are designed to improve flexibility and core strength, increase energy levels and reduce stress. A hardcore fitness regime to may work for some people, especially athletes. However, it can also have a detrimental effect on your body. Simple daily movement has shown to have more of a beneficial effect and improves your overall health in the long-term.

We are also strong believers in meditation and using techniques to help calm and relax the mind. If the mind is in balance, then your whole body works more efficiently. Some of our fitness classes incorporate breath-work or a meditation component in the class.

At eatfitlive health, we currently offer yoga, pilates, Qigong and meditation classes.
