A 55 minute class designed to strengthen and lengthen all areas of the body. Focusing on core strength and control, the class also covers balance and stabilisation. It is a slower paced class open to all levels, with various props often used.
A 45 min Pilates workout designed to produce strength and stretch those muscles without building bulk. It is a sequence designed by both the EatFitLive Pilates Instructors and a practice you can do at the centre or take and practice daily at home. Minimal props are used in this workout.
Interval Pilates combines various fusions of Pilates with the traditional approach. There will be elements of cardio interspersed with strength and conditioning exercises. It is a fast and very effective way to build fitness and strength.
Teens Stretch and Conditioning
A 45 minute class aimed at ages 12 to 17 years who want to increase their flexibility and core strength. Designed for dancers who want that extra conditioning.
